Need a caffeine fix? ☕️
Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee through the drive-thru, somewhere to meet a friend, or a cozy spot to settle in for a while, Mt. Juliet has more local coffee options than you might realize.
Here are a few of our favorite spots to grab a cup around town.
Billy Goat Coffee Cafe
3690 N. Mt. Juliet Rd., Suite 100
Head toward north Mt. Juliet and you’ll find Billy Goat, a locally focused café serving coffee, breakfast, baked treats and lunch. It’s also become a community gathering spot, regularly hosting things happening around town.
Buzz Tip: Check their calendar while you’re there—you might find more than just coffee happening.
Chocolate Whisper Patisserie
2232 N. Mt. Juliet Rd.
Want something a little different? Chocolate Whisper brings Turkish flavors to Mt. Juliet with Turkish coffee, tea, pastries, breakfast and desserts. It’s as much an experience as it is a coffee stop.
Buzz Tip: If you’ve never tried Turkish coffee, here’s your excuse.
Compassion Coffeehouse
11674 Lebanon Rd.
There’s a bigger mission behind your coffee here. Compassion Coffeehouse was created around helping veterans experiencing homelessness and addressing hunger in local schools, so this is one of those places where grabbing your morning coffee also supports something good in the community.
Buzz Tip: They stay open later than many traditional coffee shops, making this a good option beyond the morning coffee run.
The Émeraude Bakery
9904 Lebanon Rd
Coffee and fresh-baked pastries are already a pretty hard combination to beat. Add in Émeraude’s artisan bakery feel and this is one to put on the list when you want your coffee run to include something sweet.
Buzz Tip: Come hungry. You’ve been warned. 😂
Golden Fresh
1984 Providence Pkwy, #101
This one stretches the definition of “coffee shop” a little—and we’re completely okay with that. Golden Fresh combines coffee with smoothies and breakfast/brunch options, making it a fun alternative when everyone in your group isn’t looking for the same thing.
Buzz Tip: A good choice when one person wants coffee and someone else is firmly on Team Smoothie.
Heidi’s Coffee Shoppe
286 Nonaville Rd
A longtime local spot for coffee, smoothies, tea and—most importantly if you have a sweet tooth—donuts. It’s simple, casual and very Mt. Juliet.
Buzz Tip: Don’t leave with just the coffee. Get the donut.
Just Love Coffee Cafe - Mt. Juliet
63 Belinda Pkwy.
Located in Providence, Just Love is as much a breakfast/lunch stop as it is a coffee shop. Along with plenty of coffee options, they’re known for their waffle-ironed creations and have a full café menu. The Mt. Juliet location is locally owned, too.
Buzz Tip: Bring the kids hungry—this is one of the better coffee stops when you need actual breakfast, too.
la Madeleine
105 Legacy Pointe Blvd., Suite C-1
A little taste of France right here in Mt. Juliet. la Madeleine may have a full café menu, but it’s also an easy stop for coffee and something from the bakery case. Think espresso drinks paired with croissants, pastries and plenty of other reasons to stay awhile.
Buzz Tip: Grab a coffee, pick something from the pastry case and snag a cozy seat by the fireplace.
Ready Teddy’s Coffee
1400 N. Mt. Juliet Rd., Suite 100
A cozy neighborhood coffee shop with both indoor seating and a drive-thru—which is always a win. Ready Teddy’s serves locally roasted coffee along with lattes, matcha, chai, Lotus energy drinks and light breakfast options.
Buzz Tip: This is a good one when you want the local coffee-shop feel without having to get out of the car.
Red Bicycle Coffee Co.
2099 N. Mt. Juliet Rd., Suite 26
Tucked into Vintage Station North, Red Bicycle is one of those spots you might miss if you don’t know it’s there. Along with handcrafted coffee, you’ll find breakfast, sandwiches and their popular sweet and savory crepes.
Buzz Tip: Order a crepe. Coffee + crepes is the move here.
